Become a Service Provider
We take pride in our partnership with our local service providers. If you'd like to join the ARK Management team of vendors, please prepare the following information and documents:
Name of company
Specialty services
Marketing materials
References
Contractors' license number(as applicable)
Proof of liability, workers' compensation, and auto insurance
Proof of non-employee workers' compensation or a letter of understanding indicating that you do not carry non-employee workers' compensation (applicable to independent contractors)
Note: Service providers are required to furnish an insurance certificate that lists both ARK Management and the client as additional insured parties.
